I had a Quantum Sacred Container session with Alexandra which involved a short meditation to get us into a headspace of discussing different feelings and thoughts that came to mind to explore in my body and intuition. What was really lovely was how Alexandra was asking gentle questions to guide me with my own body without telling me what I was thinking or feeling, just allowing me to explore on my own and see where certain colours or vibrations came up. Whenever we felt blocks, we focused on clearing those areas through visualisation with colours and energy to imbue into the healing. What was really fascinating was how Alexandra was able to pick up on an energetic signature that had been stuck on me from some teenage trauma on my throat, specifically the action of what it was.
