You must be at least 18 years old to book or participate in our Services, Products, and Offerings. By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
All our services, products, and offerings are spiritual and intended for personal growth, mentorship, and guidance. Our services, products, and other offerings do not constitute medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or other licensed healthcare services, and we do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, or medical or mental-health condition. Any physical, psychological, or other health concerns should be evaluated by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional. Our sessions are not a substitute for professional care in those fields or in any other field. You acknowledge that results may vary, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Clients remain fully conscious, sovereign, and responsible for their own decisions and participation throughout any session.
One-on-One Sessions: All cancellations are nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions rescheduled less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited without refund.
Session Overage Policy: My goal is to ensure you get the most out of our time together. Please note that if a session extends more than 15 minutes past the scheduled allotted time, an additional $50 fee per 30 minutes will be invoiced via Stripe after the session. First-time clients are recommended to book a 1.5-hour (90-minute) session to allow for enough time.
Workshops, Group Gatherings & Classes: Due to limited spots, cancellations are non-refundable.
Cancellations or Rescheduling: If we must reschedule or cancel a service, class, or event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a new date or a refund.
All bookings are non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases where we must cancel and cannot provide an alternative.
We respect your privacy and will not disclose personal information shared in sessions, classes, or gatherings, except as required by law.
By participating in one-on-one sessions, group gatherings, or online classes, you agree to respect the confidentiality of others. This means you may not share, publish, or disclose any personal information, stories, or experiences of fellow participants without their explicit permission. Recording or distributing any portion of sessions, classes, or gatherings (audio, video, or written) without prior written consent from Quantum Alexandra is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this confidentiality agreement or engages in disrespectful or harmful behavior, without refund.
All artwork, writings, books, teachings, courses, mentorship materials, recordings, digital products, website content, logos, branding, and other original works created by Quantum Alexandra LLC are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
No part of these materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, recorded, shared, used for artificial intelligence or machine learning training, or commercially exploited without prior written permission. Access to any product, service, or content grants personal use only and does not transfer ownership rights.
