You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian to book or participate in our Services. By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Our Services are intended for personal growth, mentorship, and guidance. We do not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Our sessions are not a substitute for professional care in those fields or in any other field. You acknowledge that results may vary, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
One-on-One Sessions: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund.
Workshops, Group Gatherings & Classes: Due to limited spots, cancellations are non-refundable.
Cancellations or Rescheduling: If we must reschedule or cancel a Service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a new date or a refund.
All bookings are non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases where we must cancel and cannot provide an alternative.
We respect your privacy and will not disclose personal information shared in sessions, classes, or gatherings, except as required by law.
By participating in one-on-one sessions, group gatherings, or online classes, you agree to respect the confidentiality of others. This means you may not share, publish, or disclose any personal information, stories, or experiences of fellow participants without their explicit permission. Recording or distributing any portion of sessions, classes, or gatherings (audio, video, or written) without prior written consent from Quantum Alexandra is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this confidentiality agreement or engages in disrespectful or harmful behavior, without refund.
All artwork, writings, books, teachings, courses, mentorship materials, recordings, digital products, website content, logos, branding, and other original works created by Quantum Alexandra LLC are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
No part of these materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, recorded, shared, used for artificial intelligence or machine learning training, or commercially exploited without prior written permission. Access to any product, service, or content grants personal use only and does not transfer ownership rights.
