Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made through our Site or other approved platforms.
Payment is due at the time of booking. Sessions, classes, or event spots will not be confirmed without full payment.
Prices for Services are listed in U.S. Dollars and may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Attendance
One-on-One Sessions: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund.
Workshops, Group Gatherings & Classes: Due to limited spots, cancellations are non-refundable.
If we must reschedule or cancel a Service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a new date or a refund.
Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases where we must cancel and cannot provide an alternative.
Confidentiality & Respect
We respect your privacy and will not disclose personal information shared in sessions, classes, or gatherings, except as required by law.
By participating in one-on-one sessions, group gatherings, or online classes, you agree to respect the confidentiality of others. This means you may not share, publish, or disclose any personal information, stories, or experiences of fellow participants without their explicit permission.
Recording or distributing any portion of sessions, classes, or gatherings (audio, video, or written) without prior written consent from Quantum Alexandra is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this confidentiality agreement or engages in disrespectful or harmful behavior, without refund.
Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and resources provided during or after Services (including recordings, written guides, exercises, or class materials) are the property of Quantum Alexandra and protected by copyright laws.
You may use provided materials for your personal use only. Sharing, distributing, or reproducing them without written consent is prohibited.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
